1. Returns

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, products once opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

  • Only unopened and unused products in original packaging are eligible for return.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

 


 

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval of returned items.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@hsenterprises.net with proof (images/videos).

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
